CRPhealth.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, without further notice, the Registered User access to the Web Site if the Registered User has not visited the Web Site for six (6) months, calculated from the day of the last visit to the Web Site by the Registered User.

The CRPhealth.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate a Registered User's access in the following circumstances:

Information related to Registered User is incomplete or erroneous;

Email address of the Registered User, is inactive or invalid;

The Registered User has not complied with the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

The Registered User agrees that cancellation or termination of a Registered User's access does not cause any damage, either direct or indirect, and the Registered User's sole remedy is to submit a new request for registration.

The services found on this web site are free of charge to the Registered User. Upon prior notification to the Registered Users, the Host reserves the right to introduce fees in the future.

By accessing this Web site, you and the CRPhealth.com agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Web site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the Province of Quebec, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. Other than as outlined in this Agreement, the information contained in the section "Your Profile" cannot be accessed by any persons other than the Registered User, the Editorial Board and Web Site administrators.
